반겨줍니다.
서울에서는 남산 둘레길과
창덕궁 후원에서 매화 향기를 맡을 수 있고,
응봉산 개나리 동산에서는 한강을 배경으로 펼쳐지는
노란 물결이 정말 장관이에요.
개인적으로 강력 추천하는 곳은 이천 산수유마을인데요. 마을 전체가 노랗게 물드는 풍경은 마치 동화 속에 들어온 느낌이랄까요? 3월 마지막 주쯤 절정을 맞으니 일정 잘 맞춰서 가보세요.
드디어 기다리고 기다리던 벚꽃의 계절이에요!
서울에서 가장 유명한
여의도 윤중로와 석촌호수는 말해
뭐해요. 하지만 인파가 정말 많다는 점은 꼭 기억해주세요. 저는 가급적
평일 오전 8시쯤 도착해서 여유롭게 산책하고 오는 편이에요.
조금 덜 알려진 곳을 원하신다면 양재천 벚꽃길이나 서울대학교 관악 캠퍼스도 정말 예뻐요. 캠퍼스 안에 앉아서 떨어지는 꽃잎 바라보면, 그 순간만큼은 모든 걱정이 다 내려가더라고요.
벚꽃이 지고 나면 아쉽지만, 그 자리를 장미와
철쭉이 화려하게 채워줍니다.
중랑 장미공원은 끝없이 이어지는 장미 터널이 정말 인생샷 명소예요. 향기도 너무
좋아서 산책만으로도 힐링이 된답니다.
또한 군포 철쭉동산은 보랏빛 물결이 산 전체를 덮는데, 이맘때 가족 나들이 오시는 분들이 정말 많아요. 아이들 데리고 가기에도 부담 없고, 사진도 잘 나오는 곳입니다.
서울도 물론 예쁘지만, 경기권은 더 넓고 여유로운 공간에서 꽃을 즐길 수 있다는 장점이 있어요. 특히 가을에는 정말 숨 막히게 아름다운 풍경이 펼쳐집니다.
여름 꽃의 대표는 단연 수국과
연꽃이죠.
과천 서울대공원과
부천 백만송이장미원은 6월에 방문하면 장미가 절정을
이뤄요. 저는 부천에 갔을 때 향기에 취해서 2시간 내내 걷고 또 걸었던
기억이 나네요.
7월에는 양평 세미원이나 가평 아침고요수목원으로 가보세요. 수국과 연꽃이 함께 피는 풍경은 정말 신비롭답니다. 특히 아침 일찍 가면 연꽃 위에 맺힌 이슬과 함께 더욱 아름다운 사진을 건질 수 있어요.
가을은 왠지 모르게 시적이고 감성적인 계절이잖아요?
양주 나리공원의 코스모스밭은 정말 넓어서, 가을 바람에 흔들리는 꽃길을 걸으면
마음까지 편안해집니다.
그리고 요즘 대세는 바로 핑크뮬리예요. 안성 팜랜드나 파주 임진각 평화누리공원에 가시면 분홍빛 먼지털이 같은 핑크뮬리가 하늘과 맞닿아 있는 장관을 볼 수 있답니다. SNS에서 유명한 이유가 다 있더라고요. 저도 작년에 핑크뮬리 보러 갔다가 폰 배터리가 두 번이나 떨어졌어요.

From Cherry Blossoms to Pink Muhly… All at a Glance with Real-Time Tips
Hello, dear blog readers! Today I've brought some truly useful and exciting information.
As the breeze outside gets warmer, my heart is already racing toward the flower fields.
I'm sure many of you wonder every year, "Where and when should I go to see the most beautiful flowers?" I remember last year I missed the timing and just stood blankly on a street where the cherry blossoms had already fallen. So this year, I've carefully gathered seasonal flower blooming periods and real must-visit spots in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province all in one place.
This is organized based on the latest 2026 information, and I've also included plenty of tips from my own experiences. If you read to the end, I'm sure it will be very helpful!
Spring is truly the essence of excitement. It feels like our bodies and minds, which were curled up all winter, naturally open up as we follow the flower petals.
Around mid-March, the yellow cornus fruit and plum blossoms greet you first, even in the still chilly wind.
In Seoul, you can enjoy the scent of plum blossoms along Namsan Dulle-gil and at Changdeokgung Palace's rear garden. At Eungbongsan Mountain's forsythia hill, the yellow waves spreading out against the backdrop of the Han River are truly spectacular.
A place I personally highly recommend is Icheon Cornus Fruit Village. The sight of the entire village turning yellow feels like stepping into a fairy tale, doesn't it? The peak is around the last week of March, so make sure to plan your schedule accordingly.
Finally, the long-awaited cherry blossom season is here!
The most famous spots in Seoul, Yeouido Yoonjung-ro and Seokchon Lake, need no introduction. But please keep in mind that they get extremely crowded. I try to arrive around 8 AM on weekdays to enjoy a leisurely stroll.
If you prefer slightly less known places, Yangjaecheon Cherry Blossom Road or Seoul National University's Gwanak Campus are also very beautiful. Sitting on campus watching the falling petals, all your worries seem to melt away.
It's sad when the cherry blossoms fall, but roses and azaleas take over the scene brilliantly.
Jungnang Rose Park has an endless rose tunnel that's a perfect spot for life-changing photos. The scent is so lovely that just walking there is healing.
Also, Gunpo Azalea Hill is covered in purple waves. Many families visit during this time. It's comfortable to bring children, and photos turn out great.
Of course Seoul is beautiful, but Gyeonggi Province has the advantage of wider, more spacious areas to enjoy flowers. Especially in autumn, truly breathtaking landscapes unfold.
The representative summer flowers are definitely hydrangeas and lotuses.
Gwacheon Seoul Grand Park and Bucheon 10 Million Roses Garden are at their peak in June. I remember visiting Bucheon and walking for two hours straight, intoxicated by the fragrance.
In July, head to Yangpyeng Semi-won or Gapyeong Garden of Morning Calm. The sight of hydrangeas and lotuses blooming together is truly mystical. Especially if you go early in the morning, you can capture even more beautiful photos with the dew on the lotus leaves.
Autumn somehow feels poetic and sentimental, doesn't it?
Yangju Nari Park's cosmos field is so vast that walking along the flower path swaying in the autumn breeze calms your mind.
And the latest trend is Pink Muhly. At Anseong Farmland or Paju Imjingak Peace Nuri Park, you can see the spectacular sight of pink muhly grass stretching to the sky. There's a good reason it's so famous on SNS. I went to see Pink Muhly last year and my phone battery died twice. I just couldn't stop taking pictures!
- Check real-time blooming status on SNS – Searching Instagram or blogs for "Yeouido cherry blossoms today" is the most accurate method.
- Early morning is the answer to avoid crowds – I always arrive before 8 AM to enjoy the sights comfortably.
- Don't miss nighttime openings – When lights are turned on for cherry blossoms or pink muhly, the atmosphere is completely different from the daytime.
- Comfortable shoes are a must, and a portable battery is essential – You'll be walking more than you think, and taking photos drains your battery quickly!
